Q: I purchased and installed two rain shower heads with LED lighting in Oct of 2015. Love them! Today one of the shower heads stopped lighting up other than flashing red briefly. I assume there muse be a battery somewhere. If that is true, how to I access the battery to change it? If it is not a battery, what is wrong!!!? I love the lights. Please help, Judy

Dear Judy,

There is no battery in the led shower head.
It is water powered led light so you need to
refresh the installation and clean in-built dynamo
of the shower head and see how it is working. even if it is not fixing
your issue, call us.
