1. Make a solution of water and white vinegar in a bowl.
2. Detach the waterfall shower head and immerse it in the solution for a few hours. This will dissolve all the residue from the showerhead.
3. Remove the showerhead from the solution and scrub and clean it.

Non-removable showerhead

1. Make a solution of vinegar and water in a bowl.
2. Pour the solution in a thick plastic bag.
3. Carefully tie the bag on the showerhead and leave it overnight. This will remove all the residue from the showerhead.
4. Next day, carefully remove the bag from the showerhead.
5. Scrub and clean the shower.

In addition to vinegar, you can also use commercially available cleaner for cleaning the waterfall shower system.
