Return & Refund Policy

This Return & Refund Policy explains the conditions under which products may be returned, exchanged, or refunded for purchases made through www.junoshowers.com.

Return Eligibility

Most products purchased from JunoShowers may be returned within 30 calendar days from the date your order is delivered, provided all of the following conditions are met:

  • The product has not been installed, used, modified, or damaged after delivery.
  • The product is returned in its original manufacturer's packaging.
  • All original components, accessories, hardware, manuals, warranty cards, and documentation are included.
  • The product is in resalable condition.
  • A valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) has been issued by JunoShowers before the product is returned.

Products returned without prior authorization may be refused and returned to the sender.


Products That Cannot Be Returned

To protect product quality and maintain the highest standards for all customers, the following items are generally not eligible for return:

  • Products that have been installed or partially installed.
  • Products that show signs of use, or alteration.
  • Products returned without original packaging.
  • Custom-made or special-order products.
  • Clearance, closeout, or final sale items.
  • Products damaged due to improper installation, misuse, neglect, abuse, or unauthorized modifications.
  • Products with missing parts or accessories not caused by shipping damage.
  • Gift cards or promotional items.

Order Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change.

Orders may be cancelled before they have been processed or shipped.

If your order has not yet entered the shipping process, we will gladly cancel the order and issue a full refund to your original payment method.

Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. In such cases, the order will be subject to this Return & Refund Policy after delivery.

Please note that custom orders, special-order products, or products manufactured specifically for a customer may not be eligible for cancellation once production has begun.

To request an order cancellation, please contact our Customer Support team as soon as possible with your order number.


How to Start a Return

To ensure that your return is processed efficiently, all returns require prior approval from JunoShowers.

Before returning any merchandise, please contact our Customer Support team and provide:

  • Your order number.
  • The name of the product being returned.
  • The reason for the return.
  • Photos of the product (if applicable).
  • Photos of any shipping damage (if applicable).

Our support team will review your request and provide return instructions if your return is approved.

Please do not return products without receiving an official Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).


Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)

An approved Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is required for every return, regardless of the reason.

Once your return request has been approved, you will receive:

  • Your RMA number.
  • Return instructions.
  • The approved return shipping address.
  • Additional instructions, if required.

The RMA number should be clearly referenced with your return shipment to help us identify and process your return promptly.

Returns shipped without an authorized RMA may be delayed, refused, or returned to the sender.

Receiving an RMA does not automatically guarantee a refund. All returned merchandise is inspected upon arrival to verify compliance with this policy before any refund or exchange is approved.


Return Shipping

Unless the return is the result of our error, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

This includes returns due to:

  • Ordering the incorrect product.
  • No longer wanting the product.
  • Purchasing the wrong size, finish, or configuration.
  • Accidental duplicate orders.

To protect your shipment, we strongly recommend using a shipping service that provides tracking and insurance.

JunoShowers is not responsible for returned packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged during return transit.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return results from an error made by JunoShowers, such as:

  • An incorrect product was shipped.
  • The product arrived damaged due to shipping.
  • The product arrived with a verified manufacturing defect.

Restocking Fee

Approved returns that are not the result of shipping damage, manufacturing defects, or our fulfillment error may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

The restocking fee helps cover inspection, processing, repackaging, inventory handling, and administrative costs associated with returned merchandise.

If applicable, the restocking fee will be deducted from the total refund amount before the refund is processed.

No restocking fee will be charged for products that are confirmed to be defective, damaged during transit, or shipped incorrectly by JunoShowers.


Price Adjustment Policy

Product prices, promotions, discounts, and special offers are subject to change without prior notice.

JunoShowers does not provide refunds, credits, or price adjustments for purchases made before or after promotional events, seasonal sales, coupon offers, or price changes.

Customers are encouraged to review current pricing and promotional offers before completing their purchase.



International Returns

Customs Duties, Taxes & Import Fees

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, Value Added Tax (VAT), Goods and Services Tax (GST), brokerage fees, customs clearance charges, or other government-imposed fees depending on the destination country.

Unless explicitly stated during checkout, these charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost and are the sole responsibility of the customer.

JunoShowers has no control over these charges and cannot estimate the amount that may be assessed by customs authorities.

Import duties, customs fees, VAT, GST, brokerage fees, and similar government charges are non-refundable, even if the product is returned.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that products ordered comply with the import regulations and building requirements of their destination country.


Refused International Shipments

If an international shipment is refused by the customer for reasons other than shipping damage, manufacturing defects, or an error by JunoShowers, the customer remains responsible for all costs incurred.

These costs may include:

  • Original shipping charges
  • Return shipping charges
  • Customs duties
  • Brokerage fees
  • Storage charges
  • Carrier handling fees
  • Applicable 20% restocking fee

These amounts will be deducted from any eligible refund.

If the total charges exceed the value of the merchandise, no refund may be issued.


Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If your order arrives:

  • Damaged during shipping
  • Defective
  • Missing components due to shipping damage
  • Incorrect product
  • Incorrect finish or model

Your claim should include:

  • Order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Clear photographs of the product
  • Photographs of the shipping carton and packaging
  • Photographs of the shipping label, when applicable

Failure to report shipping damage within the required timeframe may affect our ability to file claims with the shipping carrier.

After reviewing your claim, JunoShowers will determine the appropriate resolution, which may include replacement parts, a product replacement, an exchange, store credit, or a refund, depending on the circumstances.


Missing Parts

If your order arrives with missing parts, please contact our Customer Support team within 3 calendar days of delivery.

When available, replacement parts will be shipped without requiring the entire product to be returned.

To help us process your request quickly, please include:

  • Your order number
  • Product model number
  • A description of the missing parts
  • Photographs, if applicable

Freight Deliveries

Large bathroom vanities, bathtubs, shower doors, and other oversized products may be delivered by freight carrier.

Customers are responsible for inspecting freight shipments before signing the delivery receipt whenever possible.

If visible damage is observed at the time of delivery:

  • Note the damage on the delivery receipt before signing.
  • Take photographs of the packaging and product.
  • Notify JunoShowers within 3 calendar days.

Signing a freight delivery receipt without noting visible damage may limit our ability to pursue a claim with the freight carrier.

Concealed damage discovered after delivery should also be reported within the required reporting period.


Refund Process

Once your returned merchandise has been received, it will be inspected to verify compliance with this Return & Refund Policy.

If the return is approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Approved refunds are generally issued within 5–10 business days after inspection.

Depending on your bank, credit card issuer, or payment provider, additional processing time may be required before the funds appear in your account.

Original shipping charges, expedited shipping fees, customs duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and any applicable restocking fee are not refundable unless the return is the result of an error made by JunoShowers.

If a returned product does not meet the eligibility requirements outlined in this policy, the return may be denied and the product may be returned to the customer at the customer's expense.


Exchanges

JunoShowers offers exchanges for eligible products, subject to inventory availability.

If you would prefer a replacement product instead of a refund, please indicate your preference when requesting your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

If the requested replacement product is available, we will process the exchange after the original product has been received and inspected.

If the replacement product has a higher purchase price, the customer will be responsible for paying the price difference.

If the replacement product has a lower purchase price, the difference will be refunded to the original payment method after the exchange has been completed.

If the requested replacement product is no longer available, customers may choose to receive:

  • A refund in accordance with this policy, or
  • Store credit, when available.

Exchange requests remain subject to all eligibility requirements, including return condition, inspection, and RMA approval.


Force Majeure

JunoShowers shall not be held responsible for delays or failure to perform obligations resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Such events may include, but are not limited to:

  • Natural disasters
  • Severe weather
  • Customs inspections or delays
  • Government actions or trade restrictions
  • Labor strikes
  • Transportation disruptions
  • Supply chain interruptions
  • Public health emergencies

In such circumstances, JunoShowers will make reasonable efforts to keep customers informed and fulfill orders as soon as conditions permit.

 


Commercial & Bulk Orders

Commercial, contractor, builder, hospitality, and other bulk purchases may be subject to different return terms than standard consumer orders.

Due to the nature of commercial projects, large quantity purchases, special pricing, and custom procurement, certain commercial or bulk orders may not be eligible for cancellation, return, exchange, or refund after an order has been processed or shipped.

If a commercial return is approved, additional return shipping costs, freight charges, restocking fees, or other handling charges may apply.

Customers planning large or commercial purchases are encouraged to contact our sales team before placing an order to discuss product selection, availability, lead times, and applicable return conditions.


Warranty Information

JunoShowers stands behind the quality of its products.

Many products sold through our website are covered by a manufacturer's limited warranty. Warranty coverage varies depending on the product and manufacturer.

Warranty claims are separate from our Return & Refund Policy.

Return Address

Do not return merchandise without first obtaining an approved Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
