JunoShowers.com bathroom products are shipped from our warehouse in Virginia, USA to our international customers worldwide.
For International customers - other than Canada - we ship sensor faucets, led showerheads, bathroom tab faucets, shower heads, jetted showers, hand showers and Bathroom accessories. 
Please note that we can not ship our international customers the following items (due to high freight and insurance cost): Hydro massage whirlpool, shower panels, shower enclosures, and steam showers.
For all other international shipments (excluding Canadian customers), please add 5-7 business days to the normal United States shipment times.

For our Canadian customers, we ship the following items to Canada by UPS or USPS: shower panels, shower system, sensor faucets, Bathroom faucets, shower heads, jetted showers, hand showers and Bathroom accessories. 

Please note that we cannot ship our Canadian customer the following items (due to high freight and insurance cost) : Hydro massage whirlpool, shower panels, shower enclosures, and steam showers.

For all Canadian shipments, please add an additional 4-6 days to the normal United States shipping times.

To modify your e-mail subscriptions, please let us know by modifying your preferences in the "My Account" section. Please note that due to email production schedules you may receive any emails already in production.

To delete all of your online account information from our database, sign into the "My Account" section of our site and remove your shipping addresses, billing addresses & payment information. Please note that we may maintain information about an individual sales transaction in order to service that transaction and for record keeping.

Returns & Replacements

Our goal at Juno Shower is 100% customer satisfaction. We take pride in the quality of the products we sell. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please follow the guidelines detailed below and we will be happy to help you to return your purchase, our goal is to make returns or exchanges as easy as possible. 

Returns for Bathroom Faucets, LED Showers, Sensor Faucets, Shower Sets and more can be processed if the following steps are followed: 

Returned item(s) must be unused and unblemished by any trials, or other signs of wear. Original packaging protections must all be retained. 

We reserve the right to refuse the return and item will be promptly sent back to the buyer if any one of these components is missing. 

All returns be accompanied by a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. 

Please contact us at support@junoshowers.com for your RMA number. 

Refund of the final invoice price (minus shipping and handling charges and a 15% restocking fee) will be issued. 

Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. 

Labor, installation, surcharges or any other applicable fees from the original purchase are non-refundable. 

Returns for merchandise received as part of a “free shipping” offer will be credited for the amount of the returned merchandise less actual outbound shipping charges paid by us and any restocking fee that may apply.

Refund or exchanges only accepted within 20 days from receiving your order and according to listed guidelines. 

Please open the boxes immediately after delivery and check if there is any damage.

Previously Installed Products

Product that has been installed, modified or has missing parts cannot be returned to us. The merchandise qualifies for a Manufacturer’s Warranty or guarantee, and we will be happy to assist you in remedying that product. 

Special Orders: Special orders must be paid for, in full, in advance and are non returnable. No refund will be issued on special ordered items.

You must claim the damage to us within 3 days of UPS/FedEx delivery to get any reimbursement.

Large Package Deliveries

Immediate inspection is especially important when receiving large items such as a bath tub, whirlpool, or steam shower. In this case, it is important to note any damage on the bill of lading or receipt when you sign for the delivery, even if the package appears only slightly damaged. All damages should be reported to Junoshower within 48 hours of delivery.

Customers who sign for delivery and do not notate 'damage' assume responsibility if the merchandise is damaged. If the product itself appears significantly damaged, you may refuse delivery. Please notify Junoshower of the refusal so that we can anticipate the return and send out a new item.
Junoshower will repair or replace the damaged or defective good(s) at no additional charge. If a return is desired instead of a replacement, the 'Standard Return Policy' above applies and there may be a restocking fee applied, and our initial shipping and handling costs will be deducted from your credit.
Failure to follow the return procedures for the damaged item(s) may result in a charge for the free replacement item.

Returned items that are found to be in working condition or shipped as ordered may not be eligible for a refund. In such a case Junoshower will email you on our decision on whether to ship the item back to you at your expense or be refunded with a 50% restocking fee and store credit.dering
