Return Eligibility

We want you to shop with confidence. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, eligible products may be returned within 30 calendar days from the date your order is delivered, subject to the conditions outlined below.

30-Day Return Window

Returns must be requested within 30 days after the delivery date shown by the shipping carrier.

Unused Condition

Products must be unused, uninstalled, and free from signs of wear, damage, or modification.

Original Packaging

Items must be returned in their original packaging with all accessories, hardware, manuals, and included components.

Return Authorization Required

Every return requires an approved Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) before the item is shipped back.

Important

Returns shipped without an approved RMA number may be refused or delayed until ownership can be verified.

Return Process

Returning your order is simple. Follow the steps below to ensure your return is processed as quickly as possible.

Step 1 — Contact Customer Support

Email [email protected] with your order number, product details, and the reason for your return request.

Step 2 — Receive Your RMA

Once your request is reviewed, our support team will issue an RMA number along with detailed return instructions if your request qualifies.

Step 3 — Securely Package Your Return

Carefully repack the product using the original packaging to help prevent shipping damage during transit.

Step 4 — Inspection

After your package arrives at our warehouse, our team will inspect the returned merchandise to verify its condition and eligibility.

Step 5 — Refund or Exchange

Once the inspection is completed and approved, we will process your refund or ship your replacement product based on your preference.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain products cannot be returned for health, safety, customization, or operational reasons.

  • Installed or previously used products.
  • Products damaged due to improper installation or misuse.
  • Items returned without original packaging.
  • Special-order or custom-made products.
  • Clearance, closeout, or final sale items.
  • Products missing parts, accessories, or hardware.
  • Returns requested after the 30-day return period.

Order Cancellation Policy

Customers may request to cancel an order before it has been shipped.

  • Orders cancelled before shipment will generally receive a full refund.
  • Orders that have already shipped cannot be cancelled and must follow the standard return procedure.
  • Custom or special-order products may not be eligible for cancellation once production has begun.

Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)

Every return requires an approved Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). This allows us to identify your shipment, track your return efficiently, and process your refund or exchange without unnecessary delays.

  • An RMA number is required for every return.
  • The RMA number must be clearly visible on the return shipment.
  • Returns received without an approved RMA may be refused or returned to the sender.
  • Receiving an RMA does not automatically guarantee refund approval; all returned products are inspected upon arrival.

 

Refund Policy

Once your returned merchandise has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Inspection Required

Every returned item is inspected to verify that it meets our return eligibility requirements before any refund is approved.

Original Payment Method

Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method whenever possible.

Processing Time

After approval, financial institutions may require additional processing time before the refund appears on your account.

Refund Notification

You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been approved and processed.

Restocking Fee

Approved returns may be subject to a 20% restocking fee. This fee covers inspection, handling, repackaging, inventory processing, and associated administrative costs.

Original shipping charges, expedited shipping fees, installation costs, and other service-related charges are generally non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Exchange Policy

If you prefer a replacement instead of a refund, Juno Showers offers product exchanges for eligible items, subject to inventory availability.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, please notify our Customer Support team within 3 calendar days of delivery.

  • Do not install the product.
  • Keep all original packaging.
  • Take clear photographs of the product, packaging, shipping label, and visible damage.
  • Email your order number along with supporting photographs to [email protected].

Reporting shipping damage after the 3-day reporting period may limit our ability to file claims with the shipping carrier.

International Returns

We proudly serve customers in selected international markets. International returns follow the same eligibility requirements unless otherwise required by local consumer protection laws.

  • Customers are generally responsible for international return shipping unless the return is due to our error or an approved warranty issue.
  • Import duties, customs charges, brokerage fees, and local taxes are generally non-refundable.
  • International transit times may increase overall return processing time.
  • Additional documentation may be required for customs clearance.

Price Adjustment Policy

Product prices may change due to promotions, manufacturer pricing updates, seasonal campaigns, or other business factors.

Juno Showers does not provide refunds or credits for price differences on purchases completed prior to a price reduction or promotional event.

Commercial & Bulk Orders

Commercial, hospitality, contractor, builder, and bulk purchases may be subject to separate terms, customized quotations, or written agreements.

  • Commercial returns may require prior management approval.
  • Custom project orders may not be eligible for return.
  • Special procurement items may be non-cancellable once production or sourcing has begun.
  • Please contact our Commercial Sales team before placing large-volume orders if you have questions regarding return eligibility.
