Warranty Coverage

Juno Showers warrants that eligible products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use for the applicable warranty period. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable unless otherwise required by applicable law.

If a manufacturing defect is confirmed during the applicable warranty period, Juno Showers will, at its sole discretion, repair the product, provide replacement parts, replace the product with the same or a comparable model, or provide another appropriate remedy.

What's Covered

Subject to inspection and approval, the limited warranty generally covers defects resulting from manufacturing or workmanship under normal intended use.

Manufacturing Defects

Defects in materials or workmanship that occur during normal use and are not caused by external factors.

Factory Finish

Manufacturing defects affecting the original factory finish under normal residential conditions.

Mechanical Components

Eligible internal components that fail due to manufacturing defects during the applicable warranty period.

Replacement Parts

Approved warranty claims may be resolved by supplying replacement parts instead of replacing the complete product when appropriate.

What's Not Covered

The warranty does not cover damage or failures resulting from circumstances outside normal manufacturing defects.

  • Normal wear and tear.
  • Improper installation or failure to follow installation instructions.
  • Improper maintenance, misuse, abuse, negligence, or accidental damage.
  • Damage caused by harsh chemicals, abrasive cleaners, or improper cleaning methods.
  • Damage resulting from freezing, flooding, fire, natural disasters, or other external events.
  • Normal variations in finish due to environmental conditions or aging.
  • Products that have been modified, repaired, or altered by unauthorized persons.
  • Labor charges, removal costs, reinstallation costs, transportation expenses, or other incidental expenses unless required by law.

Replacement Parts

In many cases, replacing a specific component is the fastest and most effective solution. If your warranty claim is approved, Juno Showers may provide replacement parts instead of replacing the entire product when appropriate.

Eligible Components

Depending on the product and warranty approval, replacement cartridges, shower heads, hoses, handles, valves, trim components, and other serviceable parts may be available.

Availability

Replacement parts are subject to product availability. If an identical part is no longer available, a comparable replacement may be provided.

Installation

Replacement parts should be installed in accordance with the product instructions or by a qualified installer where appropriate.

Warranty Coverage

Replacement parts supplied under an approved warranty claim are covered for the remainder of the original warranty period or as required by applicable law.

Commercial Warranty

Products installed in commercial, hospitality, institutional, rental, or other high-use environments may be subject to different warranty terms than products installed in private residential homes.
